DJ Khaled has been whining for the past week because Tyler The Creator had his album go number one oat the expense of Khaled. More specifically Khaled had some of his album sales not count because he was trying to use bundles that included getting a case of energy drinks in order to try to sell more units. Using bundles to juice the numbers is pretty normal these days, but having marketing suggesting people buy a dozen copies so that you can be number one is apparently over the line. DJ Khaled maybe should have not made his whole brand be shouting things like “we’re number 1” and this wouldn’t be that big of a deal.
