Dolly Parton saved the life of an 8 year old girl on the set of her newest Christmas movie continuing her streak of being one of the only good rich people. “We were on set and I was at the hot chocolate station and they said ‘Go back to your beginning positions,'” the girl explained. “So there is a vehicle moving, and I was walking, and then somebody grabbed me and pulled me back and I looked up and it was Dolly Parton.” “I was surprised, I was like, [gasp], And she’s like, ‘Well I am an angel you know,’ because she plays an angel in the movie. And I was in shock. She hugged me and checked me and said ‘I saved your life!’ And my mom was crying, like, ‘Yes you did Dolly Parton, yes you did.'”

Sexless Pistol

Sex Pistols member Johnny Rotten apparently is living up to his name and was bitten by a flea on his penis. To be clear he was not bitten on the penis by Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but instead he claims he got fleas from feeding squirrels. It has been a rough month for him as his favorite politician recently lost who he sympathized with him over being labeled as a racist. “I’ve been accused of the very same thing, so I’m offended for anybody who’s called that.” It is good to immediately sympathize with the person being called a racist and not with like the person who is a victim of racism. If you are wondering why anyone would consider Johnny Rotten a racist, it may have something to do with him doing an “unprovoked racist attack” that resulted in the person suffering severe facial bruising and cuts to his face. Details of the incident, which allegedly occurred backstage at a music festival in Spain, a story corroborated by several other bands present.

Twitch Without Music

Twitch has always had issues with copy-write lawyers who have no interests in protecting artists but just want big settlement checks for the biggest record companies. But the process is so complicated that it makes it impossible for streamers to control music playing in real time. They accuse Twitch of allowing streamers to play copyrighted music without getting the proper licensing to do so. If you want to play music to audiovisual content, you need at least two different licenses to do it legally: a synchronization license and a mechanical license. Which is a a totally insane expectation to have if someone is watching a video that is already available on YouTube or something.

Leech Complains Host Makes Too Little Blood

Spotify’s CEO says that musicians need to release new music more than every three or four years in order to make a living, blaming artists for him not paying them enough money to live on. Interesting that the guy from the company worth $50 Billion thinks that all of the talent needs to put in more work and become constant content machines. Always love tech overlords who get shot in the face with a money cannon blaming the core users and creators on their platforms. The leeches on you letting you know you would feel fine if you just made some more blood already. Also Spotify currently pays out like $3 for 1,000 streams, 3.5x less than Napster, the company best known for not paying artists for their music.
